The Rodon Group has all you need for any plastic injection molding application. We are world renowned for production of injection molded plastic components of the very highest quality and precision at highly competitive process. Whether you require some of our one thousand-plus standard on the shelf parts, or a part we will custom design, you can be sure of excellence in design, production and performance.

Our two plants comprise a total of over 250,000 square feet and contain over 120 state-of-the-art plastic injection molding presses that run 24 hours a day. Highly automated and heavily robotic, they are overseen by an expert, dedicated staff of professionals who carefully evaluate the condition of equipment to ensure state-of-the-art performance.

Each press is microprocessor-controlled and self-diagnostic, with capacities from fractional to 43 ounces, and clamping force from 25 to 400 tons. Quality control checks of product tolerances, color and physical appearance are made at every step of manufacture.

    Part and Tool Design
    Rodon's talented staff along with our state of the art designs software can assist in part design and develop a tool design that will maximize economy and the precision of your part.

    Tool Fabrication
    Rodon fabricates the best tooling in the industry and our tool warranty backs up our claim. As long as Rodon is running a tool that we have built, there will NEVER be any repair or maintenance charges. CNC machining centers, CNC EDM and a highly technical staff ensure quality and precision from concept to completion.

    Manufacturing
    Rodon produces plastic injection molded components around the clock seven days a week. 120 Plastic Injection Molding machines, high volume resin purchases, precise end tooling and highly robotic manufacturing module ensure high quality plastic injection molded components at the lowest possible cost. Just in time delivery practices as well as same day turnaround on tooling set ups guarantee on time delivery.

    Materials Molded
    Rodon runs an array of engineering as well as community resins. Some of the resins commonly run at Rodon are as follows:

    *Many of our resins are purchased in rail car quantities and are stored in one of our six silos.

    JIT
    Rodon will stock and monitor pre-determined quantities of your products to ensure just in time delivery of your plastic injection molded components.

    Project Management
    Rodon will design, tool and manufacture your plastic injection molded components for just in time delivery. Additional services include coordinating custom stacking, bagging and labeling with any necessary outside sources.

    Custom Packaging
    Rodon can custom stack, bag or package your plastic injection molded components as specified.

    Trouble Shooting
    The Rodon team has made many friends over the years by designing out design flaws in their products that would otherwise cause a major problem during the production process.

    ISO 9000-2000 Certification
    The Rodon Group is British standards BSI registered firm. ISO Certification ensures that our products are manufactured under rigid controls and guidelines that guarantee lot to lot integrity and consistency.

    Training
    All Rodon quality control personnel are required to pursue continuing education in quality related instruction. Types of additional quality training including American Society of Quality seminars, Certified Mechanical Inspection, ISO Training, SPC and Design for manufacturing courses. Rodon has 3 shifts of quality control personnel for around the clock quality control.

    Test and Diagnostic Equipment
    Rodon has a full compliment of quality control testing and diagnostic equipment. Examples include an assortment of gages, surface plates, scales, tensile strength and ultra violet testing stations.

    Custom Quality Specifications
    Rodon will adhere to any pre-determined quality control standards specified by the customer. Examples include SPC charting and documentation, tensile strength testing and custom color monitoring
